Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "you") and Sirap77 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the website located at sirap77.cam and all associated services, products, games, and features offered therein (collectively, the "Services").

By creating an account, accessing the Platform, making any deposit, or participating in any game or betting activity offered by Sirap77, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound in full by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Account" means the individual user account registered by a Player on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total amount of funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free spins value, or incentive balance credited to a Player's Account that is subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Deposit" means any transfer of real money funds into a Player's Account via any supported payment method.
• "Games" means all casino games, sports betting markets, live casino tables, lottery draws, and arcade games available on the Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and address verification process required to comply with applicable regulations.
• "Platform" means the Sirap77 website, mobile site, and any associated application or service interface.

Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on Sirap77, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age. Sirap77 strictly enforces a minimum age requirement of 21 years for all users. We reserve the right to request documentary proof of age at any time.
2. You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Registrations made on behalf of another person, or by an artificial legal entity, are not permitted.
3. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
4. You must not be a person who has previously been excluded, suspended, or banned from the Platform or from any gambling platform for any reason.
5. You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of Sirap77 or any of its affiliated companies.
6. You must ensure that your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether participation in online gambling is permitted under the laws of your jurisdiction.

Registration & Account Management

4.1 Registration Process

To access real-money gaming services, you must complete the registration process and provide accurate, complete, and current information. You agree to update your account information promptly if any of the provided details change. Sirap77 is not responsible for any loss or inconvenience arising from inaccurate account information provided by you.

4.2 Single Account Policy

Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) Account. The operation of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or using different identities — is strictly prohibited. If Sirap77 discovers that a Player operates more than one Account, all accounts will be suspended, all balances forfeited, and all winnings voided. Sirap77 may also report such activity to relevant payment processors.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. All activity conducted through your Account — whether or not authorised by you — is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify Sirap77 customer support immediately via live chat or by emailing [email protected].

4.4 KYC Verification

Sirap77 is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all accounts. You agree to provide valid identification documents — including but not limited to a Malaysian National Identity Card (MyKad), passport, or other government-issued ID — upon request. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may have withdrawal requests placed on hold until verification is complete.

Deposits & Payments

Sirap77 supports a range of payment methods for Malaysian players, including but not limited to: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow QR, FPX online banking, direct bank transfers via Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Bank, as well as Visa and Mastercard credit and debit cards. Cryptocurrency deposits in Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), and Litecoin (LTC) are also accepted.

• The minimum deposit amount is RM 50 per transaction unless otherwise specified in a promotional context.
• All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Sirap77 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts.
• Deposits are credited to your account balance upon successful confirmation from the relevant payment provider. Sirap77 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• Sirap77 reserves the right to refuse, reverse, or hold any deposit where fraud, money laundering, or terms violation is suspected.

Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawals of their Available Balance at any time, subject to the following conditions and processing requirements:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per request.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within an average of five (5) minutes for verified accounts. Processing times may vary depending on the selected payment method and applicable banking hours.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment account registered in the same name as the Sirap77 account. Sirap77 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• Accounts that have not completed KYC verification may experience delays in withdrawal processing. Sirap77 may request additional documentation at its discretion before releasing withdrawal funds.
• Bonus Funds are not available for withdrawal until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been met in full. Only the cash portion of an Account Balance is eligible for immediate withdrawal.
• Sirap77 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals where suspicious activity, bonus abuse, or terms violations are under investigation.

Bonuses & Promotions

Sirap77 offers a range of promotional bonuses, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, birthday bonuses, referral rewards, and VIP tier benefits. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

7.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated at the point of bonus offer. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stipulated timeframe will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

7.2 Bonus Eligibility

Players may only claim each promotional offer once unless explicitly stated otherwise. Bonuses are for personal use only and may not be transferred between accounts. Sirap77 reserves the right to withdraw, alter, or cancel any promotion at any time and without prior notice.

7.3 Abuse & Exploitation

Any Player found to be exploiting, abusing, or circumventing the intent of any promotional offer — including but not limited to coordinated wagering designed to reduce risk while extracting bonus value — will have their bonus and associated winnings voided. Their account may also be suspended or permanently closed.

Gameplay Rules

All games available on the Sirap77 Platform — including but not limited to slots, live casino tables (baccarat, roulette, blackjack), sports betting markets covering EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, UFC, and other leagues, live football in-play betting, lottery draws, and arcade games — are governed by the following general gameplay rules:

• All game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) or, in the case of live casino and sports betting, by verifiable real-world events.
• It is the Player's responsibility to familiarise themselves with the rules, paytables, and odds of each game or market before placing a wager.
• All bets placed and accepted by the Platform are final. Sirap77 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, placed on a suspended market, or placed using funds suspected to have been obtained fraudulently.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, game round failure, or communication error, Sirap77 reserves the right to void affected game rounds and return stakes to the Player's Account balance.
• Maximum bet limits and maximum win limits apply to all games. These limits are displayed within the relevant game interface and are subject to change at Sirap77's discretion.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Sirap77 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and winnings, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one account on the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods for deposits or withdrawals.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence software, or any other technology to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities to gain financial advantage.
• Engaging in any activity that constitutes money laundering, financing of illegal activities, or any other financial crime.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or discriminatory communication with Sirap77 staff or other players.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the underlying code of the Platform or any game.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other method to disguise your true location for the purpose of circumventing geographic restrictions.

Responsible Gambling

Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any Platform content without the express written permission of Sirap77.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Sirap77 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption — arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or Services.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Sirap77 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

In jurisdictions where the limitation of liability is not permitted, Sirap77's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. In no event shall Sirap77's total cumulative liability exceed the total deposits made by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Termination

Sirap77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, and to withhold or forfeit any balance therein, at any time and without prior notice where Sirap77 has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The Account has been used for fraudulent, illegal, or otherwise prohibited activity.
• KYC verification requirements have not been met within the required period.
• The Player has engaged in collusion, bonus abuse, or exploitation of the Platform.
• Continued operation of the Account poses a financial or reputational risk to Sirap77 or its partners.

Players may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining Available Balance (excluding Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via their registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of KYC verification.

Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, their subject matter, or their formation — whether contractual or non-contractual — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant competent courts.

Players acknowledge that online gambling regulations vary by jurisdiction and that it is their sole responsibility to ensure that their participation in Sirap77's Services is lawful under the laws applicable in their jurisdiction.

Amendments to These Terms

Sirap77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, Sirap77 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via the Platform or via email to your registered address. The date of the most recent revision will always be displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued access to or use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Clause 13.
